二苯亚砜是一种试剂，与多种亲电试剂结合用作氧化剂和羟基活化剂。报道了在二氯甲烷中用二苯亚砜和三氟甲磺酸酐对苯硫代唾液酸供体进行有效糖苷化。使用三氟甲磺酸酐和二苯亚砜进行与 1-羟基糖基供体的直接糖基化。三芳基锍卤化物的制备是通过芳基格氏试剂对二苯亚砜的作用。
