描述

Hexamethonium chloride 优先阻断自主神经节的烟碱受体，仅在高剂量时才能穿过血脑屏障。烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体 (nAChR) 负责认知功能。阻断这种受体会导致认知障碍。 nAChR 拮抗剂用于研究受体功能丧失的影响。六甲铵对阻断 nAChR 具有外围作用。
