尿苷 5'-单磷酸 (UMP) 是 RNA 中的核苷酸单体。它含有核碱基尿嘧啶以及核糖和磷酸基团。 UMP 膳食补充剂可增强成年大鼠的神经递质释放和神经突生长，并促进膜磷脂的产生。在成年沙鼠中，与 UMP 共同给药的 DHA 口服补充剂显示出树突棘和神经元膜合成的增加。它提出了一种治疗由突触丧失引起的认知障碍的策略。
