1H-Benzotriazol-1-yloxytris(dimethylamino)phosphonium hexafluorophosphate 用作肽偶联试剂、内酯化试剂、选择性酯化试剂、不消旋化的 alfa 氨基酸酰胺化试剂和抗氧化活性的木酚酰胺合成试剂和 9-吖啶羧酰胺衍生物的催化剂。它还用作合成氨基酸苯酯的前体。它可替代 (Benzotriazol-1-yloxy)tris(dimethylamino)phosphonium hexafluorophosphate (BOP) 试剂。
