描述

7-氟代-1-四氢萘酮由 3-(4-氟苯甲酰基)-丙酸通过 Wolff-Kishner 还原制备，然后用多磷酸和其他可商购的取代的 1-四氢萘酮进行闭环。在 AlCl3 存在下，用过量的叔丁胺硼烷 (TBAB) 还原 3-(4-氟苯甲酰基)丙酸，得到 4-(4-氟苯基)-1-丁醇 (87)，产率为 63%，用于合成LM-1507钠盐。 Penfluridol 1-[4,4-bis(4-fluorophenyl)butyl]-4-(4-chloro-3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-4-hydroxypiperidine, C 28 H 27 ClF 5 NO, M r 523.99, mp 105 - 107° C，由3-(4-氟苯甲酰基)丙酸的酮还原为内酯得到。
