描述

用途 D-苯甘氨酸甲酯是合成头孢克洛和氨苄的重要中间体，头孢克洛和氨苄为半合成的第二代头孢菌素，抗菌谱及抗菌活性与头孢唑啉相似，主要用于治疗中耳炎、下呼吸道感染、尿道感染、皮肤及皮肤组织感染，可抑制所有流感嗜血杆菌，包括对氨苄西林耐药的菌株。
