描述

双氯芬酸钠的氧化产生代谢物 4'-羟基双氯芬酸，其表现出对 Cox-2 的特异性抑制作用。双氯芬酸和 4'-羟基双氯芬酸对 Cox 的抑制抑制前列腺素 E2 的合成，产生抗炎和镇痛作用。双氯芬酸还显示稳定转甲状腺素蛋白 (TTR) 原纤维的天然四聚体构象，防止形成不溶性淀粉样蛋白 TTR 沉积物。双氯芬酸钠是 CYP2C9 的底物。它也用作 Cox-1 和 Cox-2 的抑制剂。
