描述

Thiabendazole 在线粒体蠕虫特异性酶水平上抑制无氧呼吸。它在 C. jejuni 和 H. pylori，阻止醌醇氧化为醌。噻苯达唑抑制卵和幼虫的产生，并可能抑制通过粪便传播的卵和幼虫的后续发育。噻苯达唑生物转化的建议途径是 CYP1A2 催化羟基化为 5-羟基噻苯达唑，其代谢为葡糖苷酸和硫酸盐结合物。
