描述

1-Methylindole 可用于测定与 1-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl) propan-2-one 的电子供体-受体复合物的缔合常数。它用作制备吲哚多环衍生物、双吲哚衍生物和药学活性2-氧代-1-吡咯烷类似物的反应物。它还用作制备蛋白激酶 C (PKC) 和糖原合酶激酶-3 (GSK-3) 的正电子发射断层扫描 (PET) 显像剂的反应物。
