描述

R-(+)-普拉克索是一种神经保护剂；弱的非麦角多巴胺激动剂。已发现 R-(+)-普拉克索具有神经保护作用，正在研究用于治疗 ALS。它减少线粒体活性氧 (ROS) 的产生，抑制凋亡途径的激活，并增加细胞对各种神经毒素和 β-淀粉样蛋白神经毒性的反应。与 S-(-) 异构体相比，R-(+)-普拉克索具有低得多的多巴胺激动剂活性。
