N-[(R)-[[(1R)-2-(6-Amino-9H-purin-9-yl)-1-methylethoxy]methyl]phenoxyphosphinyl]-L-alanine 1-Methylethyl Ester is a substance used in the accurate, rapid and sensitive determination of diastereomeric purity of tenofovir alafenamide in bulk samples. Also used in the purification of PMPA amidate prodrugs using chromatographic and x-ray crystallographic methods.
