描述

Oxytetracycline 是一种抗炎、抗生素和抗增殖剂，可抑制线粒体蛋白质合成。机理研究表明，该化合物可降低最终导致细胞生长停滞的细胞色素 c 活性。此外，土霉素已证明能够减少小鼠支气管炎症。该药剂的抗炎特性是由于它能够降低 IL-4、IL-5、IL-13、免疫细胞和卵白蛋白特异性 IgE。数据表明土霉素也是通过 IκB-α 的磷酸化和降解来激活 NF-κB 的抑制剂。
