D-Allose 是一种罕见的己醛糖，具有抗癌、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、抗高血压、冷冻保护和免疫抑制活性。 D-Allose 上调硫氧还蛋白相互作用蛋白 (TXNIP) 基因表达，并被发现在肝细胞癌细胞中诱导 G1 细胞周期停滞。它抑制激活 T 细胞的激活蛋白 1、核因子-κB 和核因子的转录活性。 D-Allose 减少 V79 中国仓鼠肺成纤维细胞中 2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖和 3-O-甲基-D-葡萄糖的转运。
