描述

青霉胺是青霉素类抗生素的特征性降解产物。一个铜原子与两个青霉胺分子结合。青霉胺可减少胱氨酸尿症中过量的胱氨酸排泄。这是通过青霉胺和胱氨酸之间的二硫键交换，导致形成易于排泄的青霉胺-半胱氨酸二硫化物。青霉胺会干扰原胶原分子之间交联的形成，并在新形成时将其裂解。青霉胺降低 IgM 类风湿因子并抑制 T 细胞活性。
