抗真菌药。主要用于皮肤黏膜念珠菌病、念珠菌心内膜炎、念珠菌关节炎、隐球菌脑膜炎和着色真菌病。用药期间应定期检查血象。肝、肾功能不全血液病患者及孕妇慎用；严重肾功能不全患者禁用。
