描述

用于配制 CAPS 缓冲液，一种在 pH 7.9-11.1 范围内有用的两性离子缓冲液。 CAPS 缓冲液广泛用于蛋白质印迹和免疫印迹实验以及蛋白质测序和鉴定。用于将蛋白质电转移到 PVDF (sc-3723) 或硝酸纤维素膜 (sc-3718, sc-3724)。该缓冲液的高 pH 值使其可用于转移 pI > 8.5 的蛋白质。并且与酶或蛋白质的反应最小，盐的影响最小。
