3-Bromobiphenyl is used as a reagent in the synthesis of benzenesulfonamide derivatives as 12-LOX inhibitors. 3-Bromobiphenyl is also used as a reagent in the preparation of pyrrolidine derivatives as GlyT1 inhibitors.
